By placing/ordering with Oriental Village Restaurant either by phone call or walk in or through the online ordering system, you are agreeing to the terms set out below and any further consequences will not be liable towards Oriental Village Restaurant.

 

1. Failure to letting staff know of any allergies while placing the order and leading to harm to one's health will not be liable towards Oriental Village Restaurant. All subsequent consequences will be liable towards the customer placing the order and not liable towards Oriental Village Restaurant in anyway.

 

2. To qualify for the 10% off on pick up orders, the order total must reach $25.00 CAD or above prior to sales tax being added. This offer is not applicable under the following sections:

 

a) Lunch specials are excluded from a 10% off,

b) Family Dinner's, Dinner Combinations, and Assorted Steamed Rice Combinations are also excluded from the 10% off,

c) Orders placed through 3rd party delivery service partners i.e (DoorDash/Uber Eats/Skip The Dishes) are excluded,

 

Oriental Village Restaurant reserves the right to remove/change this offer without notice to the customer.

 

3. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the address which is calulated by our online ordering system when your order is placed. To check if your address is applicable for a delivery charge, place the order through the online ordering system. Oriental Village Restaurant reserves the right to remove/change this offer without notice to the customer. 

 

4. Orders placed through our online ordering system may not represent the final calulated total, this "Final" total will come from Oriental Village Restaurant itself in the form of a final itemized reciept/ticket order. Any total produced from our online ordering system is subject to change, and does not represent the final total customers will be paying.
